Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the TradeAikyawebsite or trading terminal (the “Service”), operated by TradeAikya Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What TradeAikya is

TradeAikya is software that helps you coordinate order execution across brokerage and prop-firm accounts that you connect yourself, and surfaces pre-execution checks (GenieX) based on market context, your own trading history, and rule sets you or we configure.

TradeAikya is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, or custodian. We do not hold your funds, execute trades on our own account, or provide personalized investment advice. All trades are placed on accounts you control, at brokers and prop firms you choose.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws and broker or prop-firm agreements that apply to you.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account, including any orders placed through connected broker accounts. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful trading activity or to violate a broker's or prop firm's terms.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Do not use the Service to manipulate markets or evade risk controls.
• Do not share your account access with unauthorized third parties.

6. Third-party broker connections

The Service relies on third-party broker and platform APIs (such as MT5 and cTrader) that we do not control. We are not responsible for outages, errors, execution delays, or data inaccuracies originating from third-party systems. Simultaneous broadcast to multiple accounts does not guarantee simultaneous or successful execution on each account.

7. No investment advice, no guaranteed outcomes

GenieX, NewsHub, and Trader DNA are rule-based and behavioral tools that surface information and warnings — they are not financial, investment, or trading advice, and they do not predict market direction or guarantee any outcome. A “CLEAR” verdict is not a recommendation to trade, and a “WARNING” or “BLOCK” verdict is not a guarantee that a trade would have failed. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Fees

Pricing is not yet finalized; current plans under consideration are described on our Pricing page. Any fees that apply to your account will be disclosed before you are charged.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the TradeAikya, GenieX, NewsHub, and Trader DNA names and marks, is owned by TradeAikya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAikya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law or a connected broker/prop firm.

13. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms will be specified once TradeAikya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. completes incorporation. In the interim, these Terms are intended to be interpreted under general principles of commercial fair dealing.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
