1. General risk warning

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all traders. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Before trading, consider your experience, financial objectives, and risk appetite, and seek independent financial advice if needed.

2. TradeAikya is a software tool, not a guarantee

TradeAikyacoordinates order execution across accounts you connect and surfaces pre-execution checks through GenieX. These checks are based on configured rules, market data, and your own trading history — they are advisory in nature and do not eliminate trading risk. A “CLEAR” verdict does not mean a trade will be profitable, and the absence of a warning does not mean a trade is safe.

3. Technology and connectivity risk

Order broadcast to multiple accounts happens in parallel, but execution still depends on third-party broker infrastructure, network conditions, and market liquidity at the moment of execution. One connected account may fill, reject, or delay independently of others. Outages, latency, or errors at a broker, prop firm, or other third party are outside our control.

4. Prop-firm rule risk

GenieX checks orders against rule sets we maintain for supported prop firms. Firms can change their rules at any time, and there may be a delay before our rule sets reflect a change. You remain solely responsible for complying with the terms of any prop-firm or broker agreement you hold, regardless of what GenieX reports.

5. Behavioral signals are not predictions

Trader DNA identifies patterns in your own trading history (such as sequences that have preceded past losses). This is a behavioral signal, not a prediction of what will happen on any specific trade, and should not be treated as financial advice.

6. No guarantee of past performance

Any statistics, journal data, or analytics shown in the Service reflect historical activity only. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Your acknowledgement

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks described above, that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions, and that TradeAikya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for trading losses incurred while using the Service.
