• Account information — name, email address, and authentication details you provide when creating an account.
• Broker connection data — the connection tokens or credentials needed to place and monitor orders on accounts you explicitly connect (e.g. MT5, cTrader). We never request your broker login password directly where a token-based connection is available.
• Trading and usage data — order intents, GenieX verdicts, account-linking metadata, and how you interact with the Service, used to operate and improve features like Trader DNA.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, and access timestamps, collected automatically for security and diagnostics.
• Communications — messages you send us via the contact form, email, or Discord.

3. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including order coordination and GenieX checks.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents or abuse.
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• To improve the Service, including how GenieX, NewsHub, and Trader DNA behave.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Brokers and venues you connect — solely to execute the orders and account actions you direct.
• Service providers — infrastructure, hosting, and analytics vendors that process data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and compliance — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of TradeAikya and its users.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls on broker connection tokens. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and trading data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or audit-trail obligations described in our Terms of Service.
